| This paper introduces the concepts, objectives, and main practices of the EIB-financed forestry
project. It elaborates on the application methods and steps of such as the “participatory consultation”
design concept in various aspects of related projects in Henan Province, including afforestation, forest
restoration and quality improvement, forest certification, and carbon sink measurement. The aim is to
provide references for the development of forestry in China. |
