      为探讨人工干预朱红大杜鹃种群恢复的可行性,设置3组不同苗床基质播种实验、连续4年 播种扩繁实验及大容器大苗野外回归种植实验。结果表明,不同苗床基质间年出苗率及4年平均出苗率差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01),不同苗床基质间4 年苗木平均出圃率差异达显著水平(P< 0.05),平均出苗率及出圃率均以苗床基质黄心土50%+山基土50%最高, 分别为87.13%和 95.53%;相同苗床基质在不同年度间的出苗率、出圃率差异均不显著(P>0.05);3 a生大容器大苗 野外回归种植1 a,植株平均树高61.03 cm,增长22.40 cm,平均地径0.90 cm,增长0.33 cm,成活率 98.50%,开花植株率25.89%,树体长势好,未见明显病虫害。实生苗扩繁、大容器大苗野外回归种 植可作为种群恢复的手段之一在生产中加以借鉴。
英文摘要:
      To explore the feasibility of artificial intervention in population restoration of Rhododendron griersonianum, three different seedbed substrates were tested for sowing, followed by four consecutive years of propagation experiments and field reintroduction trials using large-container seedlings. The results showed that significant differences (P<0.01) were observed in annual and four-year average seedling emergence rates among substrates, while the four-year average outplanting survival rate varied significantly (P<0.05). The substrate mixing of 50% yellow subsoil+50% mountain humus yielded the highest average emergence(87.13%) and outplanting rates(95.53%). No significant interannual variation(P>0.05) was detected for emergence or survival within the same substrate. After one year of field reintroduction, three-year-old large-container seedlings exhibited robust growth: average height increased by 22.40 cm to 61.03 cm, basal diameter grew by 0.33 cm to 0.90 cm, with 98.50% survival and 25.89% flowering rates, showing no evident pest/ disease issues. Seedling propagation and large-container reintroduction can serve as practical approaches for population restoration of this critically endangered species.
