| 主要以国内已有的林木采伐管理政策文件和技术规程为基础,深入剖析云南省森林资源现
状、云南省人工商品林采伐技术规定,总结现行采伐技术存在的问题,针对现有管理制度在促进森林资源可持续发展方面的局限性,提出了调整采伐年龄限制、适度放宽皆伐面积限制、规范抚育采伐控制指标等一系列改进措施,以期为云南省人工商品林的健康发展和林业产业的壮大提供决策依据。 |

| Based on existing domestic forest harvesting management policy documents and technical regulations,
this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of forest resources in Yunnan Province
and the technical provisions for harvesting artificial commercial forests. It summarizes the existing issues in
current harvesting techniques. Considering that the current management system has limitations in promoting
the sustainable development of forest resources, a series of improvement measures are proposed, including
adjusting harvest age restrictions, moderately relaxing clear-cutting area limits, and standardizing thinning
control indicators, with the aim of providing decision-making support for the healthy development of artificial
commercial forests and the growth of the forestry industry in Yunnan Province. |
