      以平陆运河流域为研究对象,采用ArcGIS和AHP层次分析法对其进行生态敏感性评价,探究其生态敏感性分布特征,划定生态保护红线。研究结果表明,研究区内生态敏感性大体呈典型的金字塔结构,极度敏感区和高度敏感区处于塔尖,分别占4.43%和6.39%;9 个单项影响因子生态敏感性程度从高到低依次为归一化植被指数(NDVI)、景源分布、土地利用类型、高程、地表水系、道路交通、坡度、人口分布、坡向;依据生态敏感性评估结果划定生态保护红线范围,其面积为943.42 km2,占研究区总面积的25.34%。研究区内生态敏感性具有明显的空间差异,建议采取差异化的 开发策略及运营管理模式,为运河沿线开发建设提供科学依据和指导经验。

      Taking the Pinglu Canal Basin as the study area, this research conducted an ecological sensitivity assessment using ArcGIS and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to explore the distribution characteristics of ecological sensitivity and delineate ecological protection red lines. The results indicated that the ecological sensitivity within the study area generally exhibited a typical pyramid structure, with extremely sensitive and highly sensitive areas at the top, accounting for 4.43% and 6.39% respectively. The sensitivity levels of nine individual impact factors, ranked from high to low, were as follows: normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), distribution of scenic resources, land use type, elevation, surface water systems, road traffic, slope, population, and aspect. Based on the ecological sensitivity assessment results, the ecological protection red line area was delineated, covering 943.42 km2, which accounted for 25.34% of the total study area. The ecological sensitivity within the study area showed significant spatial variation, suggesting the need for differentiated development strategies and operational management models, thus providing scientific basis and guidance for the development and construction along the canal.
