以秦巴山区生态康养旅游地安康市为研究对象,依据“ 动机—行为—结果” 理论逻辑,基于
469 份游客的调研样本,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析,试图揭示生态康养旅游地游客参与价值共创行为机理。结果表明,游客价值共创动机因素中,感知风险、独特性需要和自我价值认知均对游客价值共创行为具有正向影响作用,其中自我价值认知的影响最大。游客参与价值共创行为
不仅直接提升了游客自身的感知价值,还通过感知价值促进了游客满意度和忠诚度。 |

Taking Ankang City, an ecological wellness tourism destination in the Qinba Mountain area,
as the research object, this study is based on the theoretical logic of “motivation-behavior-outcome” and
analyzes data from 469 tourist survey samples using structural equation modeling to reveal the mechanism
of tourist participation in value co-creation behavior in ecological wellness tourism destinations. The results
show that among the motivational factors for tourist value co-creation, perceived risk, need for uniqueness,
and self-value perception all have positive impacts on tourist value co-creation behavior, with self-value perception having the greatest influence. Tourist participation in value co-creation behavior
not only directly enhances their perceived value but also improves tourist satisfaction and loyalty
through perceived value. |
