      采用L16(45)正交设计开展试验,研究壳寡糖(chitosan oligosaccharide,COS)、赤霉素(gibberellic acid,GA3)和磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)不同水平及其处理组合对花椒种子发芽的影响。结果显示,16 个处理组合的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均发芽时间分别为13.67%~53.67%、6.00% ~ 37.33%、0.79~3.84 粒/d和81.58~92.63 d(对照的分别为21.33%、26.66%、1.73 粒/d 和87.12 d), 处理组合间发芽指标均具有极显著差异(P<0.01);KH2PO4是影响种子发芽指标的主导因子,其 中,处理组合3发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数表现最优,0.25 g/L的COS、0.3 g/L的GA3和3.5 g/L 的KH2PO4混合溶液浸种可作为花椒苗木培育壮苗的播种前的种子处理措施。

      An experiment was conducted using an L16(45) orthogonal design to investigate the effects of different concentrations of chitosan oligosaccharide(COS), gibberellic acid(GA3), and potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH2PO4), as well as their treatment combinations, on the germination of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds. The results showed that among the 16 treatment combinations, the seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, and mean germination time ranged from 13.67% to 53.67%, 6.00% to 37.33%, 0.79 to 3.84 seeds/day, and 81.58 to 92.63 days, respectively(compared to the control values of 21.33%, 26.66%, 1.73 seeds/day, and 87.12 days). There were highly significant differences(P<0.01) in germination indicators among the treatment combinations. KH2PO4 was identified as the dominant factor affecting seed germination. Among the treatments, combination 3 exhibited the best performance in terms of germination rate, germination potential, and germination index. Soaking seeds in a mixed solution of 0.25 g/L COS, 0.3 g/L GA3, and 3.5 g/L KH2PO4 can be recommended as a pre-sowing seed treatment for cultivating robust Zanthoxylum bungeanum seedlings.
