| 实施保护区、社区共建共管,发展社区经济,是缓解保护与发展矛盾,提高生态保护有效性的重要保障。通过野外调查,采用参与式二手资料收集分析法,分析云南乌蒙山国家级自然保护区周边社区产业发展情况、内外部环境,研究保护区建设与社区产业发展关系,提出加强调查研究,合理
布局及调整产业结构,完善基础设施建设,优化产业发展环境,强化发展产业意识,推进科技创新,拓宽资金渠道,注重多部门参与社区管理等社区产业发展对策,从而增加社区居民收入,引导群众
积极、主动、有序地参与到保护区资源保护与社区发展,为保护区、社区共建共管提供借鉴。 |

| Implementing co-construction and co-management between nature reserves and local communities,
along with developing community economies, serves as a crucial measure to alleviate conflicts between
conservation and development while enhancing the effectiveness of ecological protection. Through
field surveys, this study employs participatory secondary data collection and analysis method to examine
the current state of community industry development and internal and external environmental factors in areas
surrounding Wumeng Mountain National Nature Reserve in Yunnan. By investigating the relationship
between reserve construction and community industrial development, the study proposes several strategies:
strengthening research efforts, rationally planning and adjusting industrial structures, improving infrastructure, optimizing industrial development environments, raising awareness of industrial development,
promoting technological innovation, diversifying funding channels, and emphasizing multi-stakeholder
participation in community management. These measures aim to increase residents′ income, encourage
active and orderly public participation in both resource conservation and community development,
and provide references for co-construction and co-management practices. |
