      镇康南捧河省级自然保护区是以绿孔雀等为主要保护对象的中型自然保护区。本研究利用 红外相机首次对保护区及其周边区域的绿孔雀栖息地开展鸟兽多样性调查。2023年4—12月,在 保护区及周边区域的2个绿孔雀栖息地布设30台红外相机,累积拍摄3 045个有效工作日,共记录 鸟类15种,兽类12种,国家级保护动物13种。相对多度指数最高的前5 种依次为绿孔雀(32.512)、 赤麂(24.039)、豹猫(5.123)、野猪(3.842)和红原鸡(3.153)。生态位宽度指数最高的前5种依次 为赤麂(11.625)、豹猫(10.953)、绿孔雀(8.426)、红原鸡(7.040)和野猪(6.393)。鸟类多样性指 数均低于兽类。从不同斑块角度分析,鸟类多样性指数勐堆区低于勐捧区,兽类多样性则相反;两 个斑块间鸟类群落无明显差异,兽类则差异显著,而赤麂是造成这种差异的主要物种。通过Spearman 相关分析,鸟类相对多度和多样性指数、兽类多样性指数与人为干扰强度不存在显著相关性,而兽 类相对多度与人为干扰强度存在显著正相关。目前保护区绿孔雀栖息地内的人为干扰强度对鸟类 和兽类均无显著的负面影响。

      The Zhenkang Nanpeng River Provincial Nature Reserve is a medium-sized protected area primarily designated for the conservation of Pavo muticus and other key species. This study represents the first investigation into avian and mammalian diversity in Pavo muticus habitats within the reserve and its adjacent areas, utilizing infrared camera traps. From April to December 2023, 30 infrared cameras were deployed across two Pavo muticus habitats, accumulating 3 045 effective camera-days. The survey documented 15 bird species and 12 mammal species, including 13 nationally protected animals. The top five species with the highest relative abundance index were Pavo muticus(32.512), Muntiacus muntjak (24.039), Prionailurus bengalensis(5.123), Sus scrofa(3.842), and Gallus gallus(3.153). The top five species with the highest niche breadth index were Muntiacus muntjak(11.625), Prionailurus bengalensis(10.953), Pavo muticus(8.426), Gallus gallus(7.040), and Sus scrofa(6.393). Avian diversity indices were consistently lower than those of mammals. Comparative analysis between habitat patches revealed that avian diversity was lower in the Mengdui area than in the Mengpeng area, whereas mammalian diversity exhibited the opposite trend. Bird communities showed no significant differences between the two patches, while mammal communities differed significantly, with Muntiacus muntjak being the primary contributor to this disparity. Spearman correlation analysis indicated no significant relationship between the relative abundance of birds, the diversity index of birds and the diversity index of mammals and the intensity of human disturbance. However, mammalian relative abundance showed a significant positive correlation with disturbance levels. Current anthropogenic disturbances within the reserve′s Pavo muticus habitats do not appear to exert significant negative impacts on birds or mammals.
