| 为探究柠条不同种植年限对黄土丘陵沟壑区沙化土壤生态恢复的影响,以甘肃环县甜水镇不
同种植年限(0、3、7、15、21 a)的柠条林地土壤为研究对象,分别采集0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm深
度的土壤样本,研究土壤有机碳、养分含量、微生物量及酶活性的变化特征。结果表明,黄土丘陵沟壑
区沙化土壤中长期种植柠条,显著增加了土壤有机碳含量,与未种植柠条样地相比,种植年限21 a 的
人工柠条可提升0~20 cm、20~40 cm 土层土壤有机碳含量,分别升高423%和20%,土壤全氮、硝态
氮、铵态氮、速效磷以及速效钾含量较CK 处理分别显著升高269%、311%、303%、272%和119%。
土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性在土层深度0~20 cm 和20~40 cm,均随着种植年
限的增加显著提升,其中在种植年限21 a,土壤酶活性较对照升高77%~217%,而在更深层(40~60 cm)
土壤中,土壤酶活性无显著变化。通过相关性分析发现随着人工柠条林种植年限的增加,土壤有机
碳含量与土壤全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,以及脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶活性呈极显著的正相关关
系。以期为黄土丘陵沟壑区沙化土壤养分恢复和生态环境改善提供理论依据和科学指导。 |

| To investigate the effects of different planting durations of Caragana korshinskii on the ecological
restoration of desertified soil in the loess hilly-gully region, soil samples from Caragana korshinskii plantations
with varying planting durations (0, 3, 7, 15, and 21 years) in Tianshui Town, Huan County, Gansu Province, were collected at depths of 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm, and 40-60 cm. The study analyzed changes in
soil organic carbon, nutrient content, microbial biomass, and enzyme activity. The results showed that longterm
Caragana korshinskii planting significantly increased soil organic carbon content in the desertified soil of
the loess hilly-gully region. Compared with the unplanted plot, the 21-year Caragana korshinskii plantation
increased soil organic carbon content by 423% and 20% in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layers, respectively.
Soil total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium increased
significantly by 269%, 311%, 303%, 272%, and 119%, respectively, compared to the control.
The activities of soil catalase, sucrase, urease, and alkaline phosphatase in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm
layers significantly increased with planting duration, rising by 77%-217% after 21 years compared to the
control. However, no significant changes were observed in deeper soil layers (40-60 cm). Correlation analysis
revealed that with increasing Caragana korshinskii planting duration, soil organic carbon content
was highly positively correlated with total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, urease, sucrase,
and alkaline phosphatase activities. This study provides a theoretical basis and scientific guidance
for nutrient restoration and ecological improvement of desertified soil in the loess hilly-gully region. |
