      以盐源县为研究区,通过基础数据、遥感影像和DEM 数据等进行森林火险等级区划,依据火险区划情况,利用ArcGIS的数据处理和空间分析能力进行建模,对研究区进行林火生物阻隔带选线规划。结果表明,盐源县区可划为3个火险等级,0<HI<3.4划为火险等级Ⅲ级区域,3.4<HI<4.6 划 为火险等级Ⅱ级区域,HI>4.6划为火险等级Ⅰ级区域,分别占总面积的0.9%、17.9%、81.2%,其 中HI值越大,表示该区域的火灾可能性越大。通过筛选研究区中适宜营建林火生物阻隔带的区 域,其中不满足最小管理面积和最小管理密度的适宜生物阻隔带营建的区域面积为6.58 万hm2,对 研究区生物阻隔带建设进行4个分区建设管理。根据ArcGIS空间建模能力,选择5个影响因子进 行综合费用模型的建立,ArcGIS 空间自动选线结果与山谷线、山脊线、林缘线、原有阻隔带均有一 定重叠,阻隔带营建方向垂直于当地防风季节主风向,选线结果符合生物阻隔带建设原则。

      Taking Yanyuan County as the study area, forest fire risk zoning was conducted using basic data, remote sensing images, and DEM data. Based on the fire risk zoning, ArcGIS data processing and spatial analysis capabilities were utilized for modeling to plan the route selection of forest fire biological barriers in the study area. The results showed that Yanyuan County could be divided into three fire risk levels. Areas with 0<HI<3.4 were classified as Level III, those with 3.4<HI<4.6 as Level II, and those with HI>4.6 as Level I, accounting for 0.9%, 17.9%, and 81.2% of the total area, respectively. A higher HI value indicates a greater likelihood of fire in the area. By screening suitable areas for constructing forest fire biological barriers in the study region, it was found that 65 800 hectares were suitable for barrier construction but did not meet the minimum management area or density requirements. The biological barrier construction in the study area was divided into four zones for management. Using ArcGIS spatial modeling capabilities, five influencing factors were selected to establish a comprehensive cost model. The automatic route selection results from ArcGIS showed some overlap with valley lines, ridge lines, forest edges, and existing barriers. The construction direction of the barriers was perpendicular to the local prevailing wind direction during the fire season, and the selected routes complied with the principles of biological barrier construction.
