| 城市公园绿地是提升居民生活质量的重要公共设施,其空间分布合理性关乎社会公平与资源
共享。基于社会公平视角,以广州城市公园绿地作为研究对象,运用改进高斯两步移动搜寻法对商
品房、城中村及保障房的公园绿地可达状况进行分类分析。结果表明,广州市商品房公园绿地整体
可达性低,可达性较高区域集中于广州市外围;城中村公园绿地可达性优于商品房,中心城区公园绿
地可达性优于外围城区;保障房公园绿地可达性差异悬殊,其中人才住房公园绿地可达性较优。 |

| Urban park green spaces are essential public facilities that enhance residents′ quality of life,
and the rationality of their spatial distribution is closely related to social equity and resource sharing.
From the perspective of social equity, this study takes the green spaces in urban parks of Guangzhou as
the research object and employs an improved Gaussian two-step floating catchment area method to analyze
the accessibility of park green spaces for commercial housing, urban villages, and subsidized housing.
The results indicate that the overall accessibility of park green spaces for commercial housing in
Guangzhou is low, with higher accessibility concentrated in the city′s periphery. The accessibility of park
green spaces in urban villages is better than that in commercial housing, with central urban areas exhibiting
superior accessibility compared to peripheral areas. The accessibility of park green spaces for subsidized
housing varies significantly, with talent housing demonstrating relatively better accessibility. |
