| 基于景观绩效系列,结合广东小鸟天堂国家湿地公园特征分析,筛选出娱乐与社会价值、风景视觉质量、健康与福祉、教育价值4 个维度17 个指标层构建适用于小鸟天堂国家湿地公园的景观社会绩效评价体系。采用问卷调查、访谈与观察等方法,运用Excel、SPSSAU 等相关分析工具,从
使用者行为调查和各指标满意度出发,对其社会绩效进行分析。结果显示,湿地公园社会绩效指标满意度评价整体得分为3.48 分,各项评价指标满意度得分均为“ 良好”;运用重要性—绩效方法
(IPA)对13项指标的重要性及满意度进行分析,得出水体及岸线美感度C7、植物丰富度C9和提高生态环境质量C14这3项指标处于低优先级象限,发展现状未达到期望。结合实地调研和问卷情况分析,分别对以上4个维度提出有针对性的优化策略,包括提升交通可达性,增设游览路线和导览系统,提升水体美感、丰富植物多样性和融入地域文化特色的公共艺术等。 |

| Based on the landscape performance series and an analysis of the characteristics of Guangdong
Bird Paradise National Wetland Park, this study selected four dimensions-recreation and social value,
scenic visual quality, health and well-being, and educational value-comprising 17 indicator layers to
construct a social performance evaluation system tailored for the park. Methods such as questionnaires,
interviews, and observations were employed, along with analytical tools like Excel and SPSSAU, to analyze
the social performance from the perspectives of user behavior surveys and satisfaction with each indicator.
The results showed that the overall satisfaction score for the social performance indicators of the Wetland Park was 3.48, with all evaluation indicators rated as “good”. Using the Importance-Performance
Analysis(IPA) method, the importance and satisfaction of 13 indicators were analyzed, revealing
that three indicators-water body and shoreline aesthetics C7, plant richness C9, and improvement of ecological
environment quality C14-fell into the low-priority quadrant, indicating that their current development
did not meet expectations. Combining field research and questionnaire analysis, targeted optimization
strategies were proposed for the four dimensions, including improving transportation accessibility,
adding tour routes and guidance systems, enhancing water body aesthetics, enriching plant diversity, and
integrating public art with regional cultural characteristics. |
