      为科学开展国家森林城市建设成效评价,巩固提升森林城市建设成果,以南昌市为例,从森林网络、森林健康、生态福利、生态文化4个方面构建了森林城市建设评价指标体系,建立了基于AHP-熵权法的评估模型,对近10年森林城市建设成效进行了定量动态评价。结果表明,南昌市国家森林城市建设成效逐年增加,评价值净增0.233 4,增率达24.07%;创建达标期的成效高于巩固 提升期;4个体系的成效评价值占比由高到低依次为森林网络>生态文化>生态福利>森林健康,增长率由高到低依次为生态文化>生态福利>森林网络>森林健康。

      To scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of national forest city construction and consolidate and enhance the achievements of forest city development, this study took Nanchang City as an example and constructed an evaluation index system for forest city construction from four aspects: forest network, forest health, ecological welfare, and ecological culture. An evaluation model based on the AHP-entropy weight method was established to conduct a quantitative and dynamic assessment of the effectiveness of forest city construction over the past 10 years. The results showed that the effectiveness of national forest city construction in Nanchang City increased year by year, with a net increase in evaluation value of 0.233 4 and a growth rate of 24.07%. The effectiveness during the cestablishment and compliance phase was higher than that during the consolidation and enhancement phase. The proportion of effectiveness evaluation values for the four systems, from highest to lowest, was as follows: forest network > ecological culture>ecological welfare>forest health. The growth rates, from highest to lowest, were as follows: ecological culture >ecological welfare >forest network >forest health.
