| 为提高北京市西山试验林场森林防火视频监控覆盖率和以水灭火能力,基于GIS和DEM对
林场现有森林防火视频监控可视域进行研究,在提取山顶点的基础上进行新增视频监控点位的筛选,通过水文分析模块提取分析山区地表集水路径和蓄水池点位。结果表明,林场现使用视频监控覆盖率为72.68%,现有全部视频监控覆盖率为87.13%,新增4个视频监控点位后整体覆盖率为92.04%,增加了4.91个百分点。提取蓄水池点位16个,其中3个与现有蓄水设施基本重合,剩余13个可以为蓄水池选址提供支持。 |

| In order to improve the coverage rate of forest fire prevention video monitoring and water-based
fire firefighting capability in Beijing Xishan Experimental Forest Farm, this study utilized GIS and DEM
technologies to analyze the visibility domains of existing forest fire prevention video monitoring on the forest
farm. On the basis of extracting hilltop points, new video monitoring points were selected, and surface
catchment paths and reservoir points in mountain areas were extracted and analyzed by hydrological analysis
module. The results showed that the current operational video monitoring coverage rate of forest farm was
72.68%, while the coverage rate including all existing monitors was 87.13%. After adding 4 new video
monitoring points, the overall coverage rate reached 92.04%, representing an increase of 4.91 percentage
points. 16 potential reservoir sites were extracted, 3 of which basically coincided with the existing water storage facilities, and the remaining 13 could provide reference for the site selection of the reservoir. |
