| 国土空间生态修复规划是国土空间规划的重要专项规划,同时也是辖区内开展生态保护修复工作的顶层设计。文章通过归纳国土空间生态修复相关理论,梳理国土空间生态修复规划特点,以云南省为例,从生态问题识别、规划目标制定、生态修复总体格局确定、生态修复任务提出、工程项目部署以及规划实施保障6方面详细介绍国土空间生态修复规划的编制思路和主要内容,以期为各地各级国土空间生态修复规划的编制提供借鉴和参考。 |

| The territorial space ecological restoration plan serves as a critical special plan within the overall territorial space planning framework and provides top-level design for ecological protection and restoration
within the jurisdiction. This paper summarized relevant theories of territorial space ecological restoration, and reviewed the characteristics of such plans. Based on the case study of Yunnan Province, the formulation logic and the main content of ecological restoration plan were presented from six aspects, including the identification of ecological problems, the formulation of planning objectives, the determination of overall
ecological restoration pattern, the proposal of ecological restoration tasks, the deployment of engineering projects and the guarantee of planning and implementation. The study aims to offer reference and guidance for the formulation of territorial space ecological restoration plans at various levels and in different regions. |
