      对广西全州县土壤样品及对应金槐米进行检测与分析,探讨土壤理化性质对金槐米芦丁和硒 含量的影响。以金槐米及其根际土壤为材料,测定土壤pH、有机质、全氮等理化性质及干槐米硒含量与芦丁含量。结果表明,研究区内土壤以酸性为主,有机质含量普遍较高,全氮、全磷、全钾含量均处于中下水平;土壤硒含量处于足硒和富硒水平,集中在0.45~0.98 mg/kg,均值为0.70 mg/kg;金槐米硒含量为0.02~0.14 mg/kg,均值为0.05 mg/kg;金槐米芦丁含量为19.63% ~30.34%,均值为24.62%;土壤硒含量与金槐米硒含量、金槐米硒含量与芦丁含量均呈负相关,但未达显著水平;土壤粘粒、土壤有机质、全氮与土壤硒呈极显著或显著相关;土壤pH、全钾等土壤理化因子是影响该研究区内槐米吸收土壤硒的主要因素。

      The soil samples and corresponding of Sophora japonica ‘ Jinhuai’ flower buds in Quanzhou County, Guangxi were tested and analyzed to investigate the effects of soil physicochemical properties on the rutin and selenium contents of Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’ flower buds. The inter-root soil were used to determine the physicochemical properties such as soil pH, organic matter and total nitrogen, and the selenium and rutin contents of Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’ were tested. The results indicated that the soil in the study area was mainly acidic, with generally high organic matter content, and the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium were all at the lower middle level. Soil selenium content ranged from sufficient to rich, concentrating at 0.45 to 0.98 mg/kg, with a mean value of 0.70 mg/kg. The selenium content of Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’ flower buds ranged from 0.02 to 0.14 mg/kg, with a mean value of 0.05 mg/kg, and the rutin content ranged from 19.63% to 30.34%, with a mean value of 24.62%. Soil selenium content showed a negative correlation with Sophora japonica ‘ Jinhuai’ flower buds selenium content, and Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’ flower buds selenium content showed a negative correlation with rutin content, but neither reached a significant level. Soil clay content, soil organic matter, and total nitrogen showed highly significant or significant correlations with soil selenium. Soil physicochemical factors such as pH and total potassium were the main factors affecting the uptake of soil selenium by Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’ in this study area.
