| 作为生态价值转化的关键环节,生态产品价值实现已成为推动经济社会高质量发展的绿色引
擎。赤水河流域在长江上游生态屏障中具有重要战略地位,云南段独特的喀斯特地貌与亚热带季风气候孕育了丰富的生物多样性和多样化的生态产品。为探索赤水河流域(云南段)生态产品价值实现的有效路径,围绕现有研究结果,梳理该流域生态产品供给服务、调节服务与文化服务的主要特征;阐述适用于该流域的生态产品价值核算、价值实现机制、品牌建设、生态保护补偿及文旅融合等相关理论基础,发现当前该流域仍面临生态产品价值实现机制不完善、信息调查与监测体系薄弱、价值实现路径不清、区域发展不平衡等困境。据此提出赤水河流域(云南段)生态产品价值实现路径为加强区域协调与政策法规保障,完善生态产品信息监测与价值核算体系,持续推进流域生态修复与治理保护,延伸生态产品产业链,深化生态旅游与文化融合等,以促进其生态产品价值的有效实现。 |

| As a key link in the transformation of ecological value, the realization of ecological product value has become a green engine driving high-quality economic and social development. The Chishui River basin holds a strategically important position in the ecological barrier of the upper Yangtze River.
The unique Karst landform and subtropical monsoon climate of the Yunnan section have fostered rich biodiversity and diverse ecological products. Based on existing research findings regarding the realization of ecological product value in the Chishui River basin (Yunnan section), this study summarized the main
characteristics of the basin′s ecological product supply services, regulation services, and cultural services, and elaborated on the theoretical foundations related to ecological product value accounting, value realization mechanisms, brand building, ecological protection compensation, and the integration of culture and tourism applicable to this basin. The study identified current challenges, including an incomplete mechanism for realizing ecological product value, weak information investigation and monitoring systems, unclear
pathways for value realization, and regional development imbalances. Accordingly, pathways for realizing the value of ecological products in the Chishui River basin (Yunnan section) were proposed, including strengthening regional coordination and policy regulation safeguards, improving ecological product information monitoring and value accounting systems, continuously advancing basin ecological restoration and governance protection, extending the ecological product industry chain, and deepening the integration of ecological tourism and culture, so as to promote the effective realization of ecological product value. |
