| 广告鸣声是无尾两栖类动物繁殖鸣声的重要组成部分,是物种识别与系统分类的重要依据。为填补无尾两栖类动物声学方面数据的空白,于2025年6月在贵州宽阔水国家级自然保护区采集了7只雄性华西雨蛙的广告鸣声567次。利用Raven Pro 1.6软件测量鸣声的时域和频域特征,并使用R语言软件包生成波形图与频谱图。研究结果显示,贵州宽阔水国家级自然保护区华西雨蛙种群的广告鸣声由明显脉冲构成的,且具有鸣声组。鸣声时长(286.08±28.77) ms,鸣声间隔(606.31±235.46) ms。每个鸣声组包含8~76个鸣声,每个鸣声包含16~48个脉冲,鸣声主频(3.48±0.24) kHz。华西雨蛙的广告鸣声与部分近缘种存在可区分的差异,表明其广告鸣声具有种属特异性。以期为华西雨蛙的声学识别提供关键基础资料,也为后续探讨该物种的声学地理变异、性选择及进化机制奠定基础。 |

| The advertisement call is a vital component of the breeding vocalizations in anurans and serves as a key basis for species identification and phylogenetic classification. To address the scarcity of acoustic data on anurans, advertisement calls from 7 male Hyla annectans were recorded in Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve of Guizhou Province in June 2025, yielding a total of 567 calls. Temporal and spectral characteristics of the calls were measured using Raven Pro 1.6 software, and waveform and spectrogram figures were generated using R language packages. The results indicated that the advertisement calls of the H.annectans population in this reserve were composed of distinct pulses and organized into call groups. The call duration was (286.08±28.77) ms, and the inter-call interval was (606.31±235.46) ms. Each call group contained 8 to 76 calls, with each call comprising 16 to 48 pulses. The dominant frequency of the calls was (3.48±0.24) kHz. The advertisement calls of H.annectans exhibited distinguishable differences from those of some closely related species, indicating species-specific characteristics. This study provides essential baseline data for the acoustic identification of H.annectans and lays an important foundation for future research on its acoustic geographic variation, sexual selection, and evolutionary mechanisms. |
