| 为掌握区域鸟兽多样性和垂直分布格局,2024年3—10月,基于公里网格在云南西双版纳国家级自然保护区曼稿子保护区布设43台红外相机,按照100 m的海拔梯度划定4个海拔区间进行调查分析。相机累计有效工作7 960 d,获取1 029张独立有效照片,其中兽类708张,鸟类249张,人类活动72张,调查记录到兽类4目8科14种,鸟类8目15科25种,其中国家重点保护兽类6种,鸟类5种。列入《中国生物多样性红色名录—脊椎动物(2020版)》极危物种2种,濒危物种2种,近危物种4种。相对丰富度指数较高的5种兽类为果子狸、赤腹松鼠、野猪、豹猫、猕猴;相对丰富度指数较高的5种鸟类为白鹇、红原鸡、绿翅金鸠、橙头地鸫、黑胸鸫。随着海拔的升高,鸟兽物种数量总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在海拔1 280~<1 380 m区间达到峰值。 |

| To investigate the regional diversity and vertical distribution patterns of mammals and birds, 43 infrared cameras were deployed based on a kilometer grid system in the Mangaogu Sub-reserve of Yunnan Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve from March to October 2024. The study area was divided into 4 elevation intervals with a 100-meter gradient for survey and analysis. The cameras accumulated a total of 7 960 effective working days, capturing 1 029 independent and valid photographs, comprising
708 of mammals, 249 of birds, and 72 of human activity. The survey recorded 14 mammal species belonging to 8 families and 4 orders, and 25 bird species belonging to 15 families and 8 orders. Among these, 6 mammal species and 5 bird species were under national key protection. 2 species were listed as critically endangered (CR), 2 as endangered (EN), and 4 as near threatened (NT) in the China Biodiversity Red List: Vertebrates (2020). The 5 mammal species with the highest relative abundance index were Paguma larvata, Callosciurus erythraeus, Sus scrofa, Prionailurus bengalensis and Macaca mulatta. The 5 bird species with the highest relative abundance index were Lophura nycthemera, Gallus gallus, Chalcophaps indica, Geokichla citrina and Turdus dissimilis. The total number of mammal and bird species generally exhibited an initial increase followed by a decrease with increasing elevation, reaching a peak in the elevation range of 1 280-<1 380 m. |
