| 苍山洱海国家级自然保护区是一个多层次、多功能、多效益的综合型自然保护区,涵盖森林生态系统、内陆湿地和水域生态系统以及地质遗迹等多种自然生态系统类型。苍山片区作为滇西北生物多样性关键区域,其森林生态系统兼具生态屏障与物种基因库功能。通过对苍山片区东坡(大理市辖区)监测现状的分析,根据保护区实际,以森林生态系统及生物多样性监测为核心,结合
多种监测技术,构建地面调查、分子生物学技术与遥感监测融合的多层次综合监测体系,涵盖种质资源库建设、退化草地恢复及无人机遥感监测等核心模块,建立植被、动植物、入侵物种及环境要素的动态监测网络。以期为苍山生物多样性保护与森林生态系统适应性管理提供科学支撑,助力实现保护区“科学化、精细化、信息化”发展目标。 |

| The Cangshan Erhai National Nature Reserve is a comprehensive protected area featuring multiple levels, functions, and benefits, encompassing diverse natural ecosystem types, including forest ecosystems, inland wetland and aquatic ecosystems, and geological heritage sites. The Cangshan Mountain area, a key biodiversity area in Northwest Yunnan, features a forest ecosystem that serves dual functions as both an ecological barrier and a species gene bank. Based on an analysis of the current monitoring status of the eastern slope of Cangshan Mountain area under the jurisdiction of Dali City, this study focused on forest ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring in line with the actual conditions of the nature reserve. By integrating multiple monitoring techniques, a multi-level integrated monitoring system was established that combined ground surveys, molecular biotechnology and remote sensing monitoring. The system covered core modules including germplasm resource repository construction, degraded grassland restoration and UAV remote sensing, forming a dynamic monitoring network for vegetation, animals and plants, invasive species and environmental elements. The findings provide scientific support for biodiversity conservation and adaptive management of forest ecosystems in Cangshan Mountain, and facilitate the realization of scientific, refined and information-based management of the nature reserve. |
