| 为掌握华樟天然种群在云南省的空间分布格局及叶片性状变异特征,基于调查测量数据,采用GIS空间、方差、主成分及聚类等分析方法对华樟在云南省的空间分布、适生区模拟、叶形及变异特性等特征进行研究。结果表明,华樟在云南省分布范围狭小,以滇西无量山和哀牢山地区为分布中心,在滇西北及滇东南有零星分布,主要分布于海拔2 400~2 700 m的中山湿性常绿阔叶林中。华樟的高适生区面积较小,仅879.2 km2,占云南省总面积的0.2%。华樟叶片形状以长椭圆形为主(占比47.4%),披针形为辅(占比22.4%),叶片性状差异显著,普遍存在遗传变异,各性状间存在不同程度的相关关系。华樟的叶面积、叶片周长及叶片宽反映叶片大小特征;叶形指数、叶尖长及叶基角反映叶片形状特征;叶片干重及叶片厚度反映叶片质地特征。9个华樟天然种群可聚为3类,聚类结果显示叶片性状变异存在地理上的不连续性。鉴于华樟天然种群分布空间狭小,性状变异较丰富,且具有较高潜在开发利用价值,建议提升其保护等级。 |

| In order to grasp the spatial distribution pattern and leaf trait variation characteristics of Cinnamomum huarum in Yunnan Province, an analysis was conducted based on survey and measurement data using methods such as GIS spatial analysis, variation analysis, analysis of variance, principal component nalysis, and cluster analysis. The analysis focused on the spatial distribution, suitable habitat simulation, leaf morphology, and variation characteristics of the species. The results showed that the distribution range of C.huarum in Yunnan Province was narrow, with the Wuliang Mountains and Ailao Mountains in western Yunnan serving as the distribution center, while scattered distributions were found in northwestern and southeastern Yunnan. It was mainly distributed in mid-mountain humid evergreen broad-leaved forests at altitudes between 2 400 and 2 700 m. The area of highly suitable habitat for C.huarum was small, only 879.2 km2, accounting for 0.2% of the total land area of Yunnan Province. The leaf shape was predominantly oblong (47.4%), supplemented by lanceolate (22.4%). Significant differences in leaf traits were observed, with widespread genetic variation and varying degrees of correlation among the traits. Leaf area, leaf perimeter, and leaf width reflected leaf size characteristics. Leaf shape index, leaf tip length, and leaf base angle reflected leaf shape characteristics. Leaf dry weight and leaf thickness reflected leaf texture characteristics. The nine natural populations were clustered into three groups. The clustering results revealed geographical discontinuity in leaf trait variation. Given the limited distribution range of natural populations, rich trait variation, and high potential for development and utilization, the protection
level for this species should be elevated. |
