| 为摸清云南省陆生野生动物重点疫病风险态势,基于2022—2025年云南省陆生野生动物疫源疫病监测数据,分析高致病性禽流感、非洲猪瘟、小反刍兽疫等重点疫病发生态势与传播风险。结果表明,云南省候鸟迁徙通道存在禽流感输入风险,野猪种群中非洲猪瘟病毒呈定殖态势,冠状病毒在野生动物中持续循环,滇藏边境野生小反刍兽类面临小反刍兽疫传入威胁。针对监测体系运行中存在的空间布局不均衡、高风险物种覆盖不足、跨境联防联控机制不完善等问题,提出优化边境监测网络、建立小反刍兽疫专项监测体系、完善应急处置机制、加强跨境联防联控等对策建议,为防范人畜共患病跨物种传播、维护边疆生物安全提供技术支撑。 |

| Based on the surveillance practice of terrestrial wildlife epidemic diseases in Yunnan Province from 2022 to 2025, this study analyzed the occurrence trends and transmission risks of major epidemic diseases including highly pathogenic avian influenza, African swine fever, and peste des petits ruminants to figure out risk trend of major epidemic diseases. The results showed that introduction risk of avian influenza existed along migratory bird migration routes, African swine fever virus established an endemic status in wild boar populations, coronaviruses continued to circulate among wildlife, and the introduction of peste des petits ruminants threatened at the Yunnan-Xizang border. In response to the problems of unbalanced spatial distribution, insufficient coverage of high-risk species, and imperfect cross-border joint prevention mechanism in the surveillance system, this paper proposes countermeasures including optimizing border surveillance networks, establishing special surveillance system for peste des petits ruminants, improving emergency response mechanisms, and strengthening cross-border joint prevention and control, to provide technical support for preventing cross-species transmission of zoonotic diseases and maintaining border biosecurity. |
