      重庆市区长江北岸塔子山至铜田坝段位于长江上游重要生态屏障区域,现面临生态系统退化、护岸稳定性隐患、人居环境品质差等问题。基于自然的解决方案(NbS)理念,对此区域进行生态敏感性和垂直层级性分析,识别出其中的敏感区域、水位涨落导致的层级差异等关键现状特征。结合城市功能需求,提出空间格局分区与岸线弹性设计结合的策略体系。依据各区域生态敏感度与功能定位,针对性地制定空间格局设计策略;依据高程将消落带分为不同的垂直层级带,构建弹性、可持续且多功能的岸线系统。该策略体系能显著提升消落带生态韧性,实现生态保护与城市功 能需求的有机融合,为类似城市消落带滨水空间规划设计提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The section from Tazishan to Tongtianba on the north bank of the Yangtze River in Chongqing is located within a critical ecological barrier zone in the upper Yangtze River. Currently, the area faces challenges such as ecosystem degradation, instability of revetment structures, and poor living environment quality. Based on the concept of nature-based solutions (NbS), this paper conducted an analysis on ecological sensitivity and vertical hierarchy, and identified key current characteristics including ecologically sensitive areas and hierarchical differences caused by water level fluctuation. Combined with urban functional demands, a strategic system of “spatial zoning + resilient shoreline design” was proposed. Targeted spatial pattern design strategies were formulated according to the ecological sensitivity and functional orientation of each zone. The water level fluctuation zone was divided into multiple vertical zones by elevation to construct a flexible, sustainable and multi-functional shoreline system. The proposed strategy system can effectively improve the ecological resilience of the fluctuation zone, realize the organic integration of ecological protection and urban functional needs, and provide a reference for the planning and design of riparian space in similar urban water level fluctuation zones.
