      国家储备林是保障国家木材安全和生态安全的重要战略工程,其建设需基于科学的林地适宜性评价。以四川省为研究区域,选取年均降雨量、≥10 ℃年平均积温、县(区)人工林面积、坡度、土层厚度、地块面积为核心指标,构建“气候、地形、土壤、面积” 复合评价模型,结合GIS空间分析技术,系统评估林地适宜性等级,并提出分区优化策略。结果表明,四川省国家储备林建设最适宜县(区)75个、适宜县(区)52个、较适宜县(区)17个、不适宜县(区)34个,构成由东南向西北递减的空间格局;林地适宜性呈现“东南高西北低、丘陵优于山地”的空间格局,最适宜林地占比27.9%,主要分布于盆周山地、川东平行岭谷区和川西南河谷区;适宜林地占比23.1%,集中于盆中丘陵区和川南低山丘陵区,较适宜与不适宜林地合计占比49.0%,主要受限于高海拔、低温等自然条件约束;全省适宜于国家储备林建设的林地资源以人工商品林适宜性高,是目前国家储备林建设的核心区域;全省大径级用材林适宜林地面积3.88×105 hm2,空间集聚特征显著,主要集中于川南、川西南和川东北地区,是培育优质大径材和开展复合经营的重点区域。研究成果可为四川省国家储备林的发展定位、科学布局、树种选择及生态经济效益协同提升提供理论支撑。

      National reserve forest is a vital strategic project to guarantee national timber security and ecological security, whose construction relies on scientific forest land suitability evaluation. Taking Sichuan Province as the research area, six core indicators including annual average precipitation, annual accumulated temperature above 10 ℃, county-level artificial forest area, slope gradient, soil layer thickness and plot area were selected to construct a composite evaluation model covering climate, topography, soil and land area. Combined with GIS spatial analysis technology, forest land suitability grades were systematically assessed, and zoned optimization strategies were proposed. The results showed that among all counties (districts) in Sichuan for national reserve forest construction, 75 counties (districts) were most suitable, 52 suitable, 17 moderately suitable and 34 unsuitable, presenting a spatial pattern decreasing from southeast to northwest. Forest land suitability followed the spatial characteristic of “higher in southeast and lower in northwest, with hilly areas superior to mountainous regions”. The most suitable forest land accounted for 27.9%, mainly distributed in mountainous areas around Sichuan Basin, parallel ridge-valley areas of eastern Sichuan and river valley zones of southwestern Sichuan. Suitable forest land made up 23.1%, concentrated in the hilly region of central Sichuan and the low-mountain hilly region of southern Sichuan. Moderately suitable and unsuitable forest lands together accounted for 49.0%, largely restricted by natural conditions such as high altitude and low temperature. Artificial commercial forests dominated the forest lands suitable for national reserve forest construction, which served as the core construction area at present. The suitable area for large-diameter timber forests reached 3.88×105 hm2, featuring obvious spatial agglomeration. Such lands were mainly distributed in southern, southwestern and northeastern Sichuan, acting as key zones for cultivating high-quality large-diameter timber and implementing compound management. The research results can provide theoretical support for development orientation, scientific layout, tree species selection and coordinated improvement of ecological and economic benefits of national reserve forests in Sichuan Province.
