| 对云南省野生动植物救护繁育中心2018—2023年收容救护的野生动物数据进行统计分析。结果表明,共收容救护野生动物1 250批次,237种5 577只(条),收容救护的动物类群主要以鸟类为主,占比72.48%;保护级别主要以“三有”保护动物为主,占比43.97%;84.64%收容救护的动物来源于执法部门查处罚没,来源地主要是昆明市周边,占比69.92%,地州(市)主要来自玉溪、楚雄、红河、文山等地;救护动物的高峰期为春季,只有鸟类和爬行类的收容救护动物有季节性变化。就收容救护动物变化趋势、外来物种救护特点、动物来源区域性特点、季节性差异变化等方面进行讨论。提出科学规划收容救护设施配置,构建野生动物保护共治体系,建立动物分类管理体系等救护效能提升策略。 |

| This study conducted a statistical analysis of wildlife shelter and rescue data in Yunnan Provincial Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Center from 2018 to 2023. The results showed that a total of 1 250 batches of wildlife were admitted, encompassing 237 species and 5 577 individuals. Birds accounted for the largest proportion among the rescued animals, accounting for 72.48% of the total. In terms of protection status, species listed as “Three-Value” (having important ecological, scientific, or social value) constituted the majority, at 43.97%. The primary source of rescued animals (84.64%) was confiscations by law enforcement agencies. Most rescues originated from areas surrounding Kunming City (69.92%), with other significant contributions from prefectures (cities) such as Yuxi, Chuxiong, Honghe, and Wenshan. The peak period for rescuing animals was in spring, with seasonal variations observed only for birds and reptiles. This paper discussed the trends in shelter and rescue, characteristics of exotic species rescues, regional patterns in animal origins, and seasonal variations. Finally, strategies for improving rescue efficacy are proposed, including scientific planning of rescue facility allocation, building a collaborative governance system for wildlife protection, and establishing a categorized animal management system. |
