| 林下经济依托丰富的林地资源推动地方经济发展,对助力脱贫致富、实现乡村全面振兴起到关键性作用。为探明乡村振兴背景下林下经济发展现状,研究选取具有典型南方林地特色的广西壮族自治区来宾市金秀瑶族自治县(以下简称“金秀县”)开展实地调研。结果表明,金秀县的林下经济主要由个体农户和林下经济合作社经营,资金来源以自有资金与借贷相结合为主,单纯依靠自有资金或借款为辅;金秀县的林下经济大部分产品通过个人自行销售;金秀县在发展林下经济的过程中存在经营技术水平低、基础设施保障不到位、产品信息化资源落后、专业人才缺失、产业发展资金支撑不足、管理机制不健全等问题;可采取优化提升经营水平、加快完善基础设施建设、落实信息资源迭新、加强专业人才知识培养与引进、拓宽融资引资渠道、建立健全管理机制等具体对策,以实现林下经济的可持续发展。 |

| Under-forest economy relies on rich forest land resources to promote local economic development, and plays a key role in helping to get rid of poverty and achieve comprehensive rural revitalization. In order to study the current situation of under-forest economy development in the context of rural revitalization, this study conducted field research in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as “Jinxiu County”), which was characterized by typical southern forest land. The results showed that individual farmers and under-forest economy cooperatives mainly operated the under-forest economy of Jinxiu County, and the main source of funds was the combination of their own funds and loans, followed by relying solely on own funds or loan. Most underforest products in Jinxiu County were sold individually by farmers. Several issues were identified in the development process of Jinxiu County′s under-forest economy, including low operational technical proficiency, inadequate infrastructure support, outdated product information resources, shortage of professional
talent, insufficient industrial development funding, and imperfect management mechanism. Specific countermeasures were proposed, such as optimizing and enhancing operational levels, accelerating the improvement of infrastructure construction, implementing updates to information resources, strengthening the cultivation and introduction of professional knowledge and talent, broadening financing and investment channels, and establishing a sound management mechanism, to achieve the sustainable development of the under-forest economy. |
